Responsibilities:
Take customer payments and answer questions relating to services/bills Answer customers' questions, both over the phone and in person.
Resolve customer issues, both over the phone and in person.
Write reports on customer interactions.
Support technical staff in coordinating service orders and trouble tickets.
Duties:
Customer Notification of new internet options Residential Contracts Update customer accounts Post payments and manage trouble tickets and service orders Help with customer awareness of services in new fiber builds
Experience:
Quick Learner Competent in Google Docs, Sheets, and Google Business Experience with Adobe Products Self Motivated and Goal Driven Experience with Marketing, Sales, and/or Customer Service a plus Job Type:
